General Information

The viewable, printable and downloadable Repair and Glass Shops are currently registered with the Massachusetts Division of Standards as of the date shown at the top of this page.  The repair shop list complies with the Insurance Commissioner's directive, which was included under General Notice No. G1514, dated April 18, 1994.  The glass shop list is being provided as a convenience to member companies.

Section 10A contains a list of registered repair and glass shops that were registered as of last quarter but are no longer registered and Section 10B contains a list of registered repair and glass shops that are currently registered but were not registered as of the last quarter.

To confirm the current registration status of any Massachusetts repair or glass shop not included in either the repair or glass list, contact the Massachusetts Division of Standards at (617) 727-3480.  Upon confirmation of valid registration with the Division of Standards, automobile insurers may add shops to their referral lists.
