High-Theft Vehicle List Update
 

 

The attached list contains the 2009 model year vehicles that have been designated by the Division of Insurance as high-theft vehicles for extra-risk rating.  A list is also attached containing both the 2004-2008 vehicles that have previously been designated as high-theft vehicles, combined with the 2009 model year vehicles.  This list applies to every new or renewal policy issued to be effective on or after August 1, 2008 and also to all 2009 model year vehicles added to policies in force on or after August 1, 2008.

 The last list attached, which is applicable to policies with an effective date of April 1, 2009 or thereafter, deletes all 2004 model-year vehicles.  This list is effective April 1, 2009 for use during the 2009 policy year.
